I've struggled with acne since I was a teenage. When I was in high school I was able to go and see a dermatologist. The dermatologist prescribed me Yaz birth control and spironolactone, which worked at the time, but years later, now that I'm not on those prescriptions, I continued to struggle with acne once again. I did my own research and finally found a solutions.
I take pantothenic acid everyday, which is a HUGE factor for my acne clearing up. I was taking two in the morning and three at night. I currently take two in the morning and two at night. The second key component is my Duvolle Face Brush, which really improved my acne before I started taking the pantothenic acid. My two favorite cleansers are the Differin Cleanser (which is very affordable) and Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash (a little more on the pricy side). Both cleansers work amazing and are staples in my wash routine.
Now that my skin has cleared up, I have dark marks to get rid of. My dark marks aren't gone yet but I'm using The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%, The Ordinary Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2%
(vitamin c serum) , and Hesh Multani Mati.
All of these products I mentions are in my bathroom right now and are used on a daily to weekly bases.
